Home / HSE & Quality

Safety and quality set the terms of every job.

These five policies apply to every site, every crew and every service line — with no exceptions made for schedule pressure.

HSE Commitment

Health, safety and environmental protection take priority over schedule or cost on every site. Crews are briefed on site-specific HSE rules before mobilization, and work stops if a safety condition can't be met.

Quality Policy

Work is planned, checked and signed off against a defined standard for each service line — not left to individual judgment on the day. Repeat issues are tracked back to the process, not just the crew.

Environmental Policy

Cleaning and vegetation methods are chosen to limit water use, chemical runoff and disruption to the surrounding site environment, in line with applicable local requirements.

Corporate Governance

Clear reporting lines from site crews through to management, with documented scopes, quotes and change requests for every engagement.

Anti-Bribery Policy

Solar Care Group does not offer, accept or facilitate bribes or improper payments in any part of its operations, procurement or client relationships.

What this looks like in practice

  • 01

Site-specific HSE briefing before any crew starts work.

  • 02

Defined checkpoints for each service, not open-ended tasks.

  • 03

Documented scope and sign-off at the end of each engagement.

  • 04

A named point of contact for HSE and quality questions on every job.
