Our Story

Why Solar Care Group exists

Solar and industrial sites depend on work that's easy to overlook until it's neglected — clean panels, controlled vegetation, maintained access roads, and a crew that shows up. Solar Care Group was built to own that work fully, so site teams can focus on operations rather than coordinating multiple contractors.

We operate as an Uzbekistan-based service company, structured to work directly alongside site management, under their safety rules and reporting lines.

At a glance

  • Full-scope site service: cleaning, vegetation, maintenance, manpower, logistics.

  • HSE and quality policy applied before work planning, not after.

  • Based in Uzbekistan, built to support local and regional sites — with international operations planned for the future.

Mission & Vision

What we're working toward

Mission

Reliable site care, without the coordination overhead

To deliver dependable cleaning, maintenance and support services that protect the performance and safety of every site we work on — as a single accountable team.

Vision

The regional standard for solar site service

To become a trusted, long-term service partner for solar and industrial operators across Uzbekistan and the wider region — with international operations on the horizon.

Values

How we operate on site

Operations & Maintenance

Looking after a site long after it's switched on

Solar hardware is built to last — but only if someone stays on top of it. Our O&M work keeps panels clean, equipment healthy and output where it should be, day after day, not just on inspection day.

Maintenance

Hands-on care for the hardware

Panels are cleaned on a regular cycle, before dust and grime start eating into output. Mounts and connections get checked so nothing works itself loose, and thermal-imaging scans catch cells running hot before they turn into real faults.

Operations

Eyes on performance, around the clock

Generation is monitored remotely in real time, so a drop in output is spotted the moment it happens. We keep an eye on how the inverters are performing and flag any breakdown early — while it's still a quick fix, not a costly outage.

Organizational Structure

How the team is organized

Solar Care Group is organized around site delivery, with clear ownership from quotation through to on-site execution.

Leadership

Management

Sets policy, client relationships and overall site standards.

Delivery

Operations & Site Crews

Plans and runs cleaning, maintenance and manpower work on site.

Support

HSE, Quality & Logistics

Oversees compliance, quality checks and equipment/transport coordination.

Industry Terms

A quick guide to the abbreviations we use

Solar and site work comes with its own shorthand. Here's what the most common terms mean, in plain language.

HSEQ

Health, Safety, Environment & Quality

The combined standard we hold ourselves to on every site — sometimes split into HSE and Quality.

O&M

Operations & Maintenance

The ongoing work of running a plant and keeping it in top condition after it's built.

EPC

Engineering, Procurement & Construction

The full build phase — designing, sourcing and constructing a plant before it goes live.

PV

Photovoltaic

The technology that turns sunlight straight into electricity — the panels themselves.

PR

Performance Ratio

How much energy a plant actually produces versus its theoretical maximum. Clean panels keep it high.

SCADA

Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition

The monitoring system that streams live data from a plant, so issues show up instantly.

PPE

Personal Protective Equipment

The safety gear — helmets, gloves, harnesses — every crew member wears on site.

SLA

Service Level Agreement

The part of a contract spelling out response times and service standards you can hold us to.

kWp / MWp

Kilowatt / Megawatt-peak

The rated output of a plant at full sun — the standard way to describe its size.
